Getting Started Quick Guide
1. Register your firm with ZipID
Registration is free and easy.
Simply visit www.zipid.com.au/signup and complete the registration form. Then a ZipID VOI expert will get in touch with you to walk through the setup.

2. Update the instructions in your client first letter / email
It's important that your clients receive specific instructions from you to complete a VOI prior to settlement. You can do this by including ZipID instructions in your client first letter or client checklist.
3. Include a copy of the ZipID Referral Form
The ZipID Referral Form is available as a PFD or a printed hard copy. Include a copy of the ZipID Referral Form with your first letters to clients. This provide some more detailed instructions to your client about how to make a booking and some FAQs.

4. Download the ZipID Mobile App
Lawyers and conveyancers use the ZipID App to conduct VOI by verifying their client's identity face to face and capturing the fully compliant evidence in a secure workflow.
The App is available on iOS and android.
You'll be provided login details in your welcome pack to sign into the App. When you sign into the App for the first time there will be a practice report waiting for - this is a great way to experience the ZipID workflow before you compete a VOI on your first client.
